This one day workshop is open to anyone ad everyone of any age.  In fact, the more diversity we can get, the better. The general idea is to take seething that many people have problems with and turn into something that is useful, interesting and fun.

Human beings are social creatures; we enjoy the company of others and yet, meeting new people is often something that we dread walking into a room of strangers and …..what? Heading for the nearest corner to take refuge in?  Any time you walk into a room full o strangers, you are faced with a wonderful rang of new possibilities – new potentials for every kind of relationship for casual friends to loves to good friends for life or even business contacts

They are a group of strangers to you and you are one of the group of strangers that hey are each looking at - their position is little different than yours.  Of course, it may be that some of them know each other...
